・システムに電磁弁を設置し、空気圧調整弁を取り付け、ガス源を精密に制御し、潤滑液と十分に混合する霧化し、機械工具の損失を減らし、冷却潤滑効果がより良い。
·a .デジタル制御：冷却潤滑時間と間欠時間を調整することができる。（内にはロック機能があり、ロック可能設置後の潤滑と間欠システム時に固定設定でき、「L U B」潤滑時：停電記憶機能もあり、動作時間を1 6秒に設定して1～4秒まで動作して電源を切った場合は、次の電源投入時に1～4秒ごとにカウントを開始することができます。9 9 9（秒）、INT間欠：1-9 9 9（秒）特殊要件カスタマイズ可能
·b . P L C制御：冷却潤滑時間と間欠時間は外部P L Cによって制御される
·c .制御なし：冷却潤滑時と間欠時間の制御不要
・液位スイッチを設け、冷却潤滑液が不足するとブザーが警報信号を発し、異常信号を出力。（デジタルコントローラの液位不足はEROを示している）。
・パネルLEDは潤滑状態と間欠状態を示すことができる
・システムの推奨使用気圧は0である.4 - 0 . 6 M P a
・デフォルト液体と気管直径6 mm
・自己吸引式冷却潤滑スプレー（MPVタイプ）を組み合わせて使用する。

· default diameter of liquid and trachea is 6mm
· suitable for use with (MPV) self-priming cooling and lubricating sprayer.
