用途と特徴
本工作機械は縦（Z）、横（X）、斜（C）の3軸制御の数値制御横型旋盤であり、ピストンリングの外周面の仕上げ加工に特化している。工作機械は最新のCKA 6150をモデルの水平ベッドに採用し、ベッドサドルレールと下スライドレールはすべて「貼り付け」を採用し、ガイドレールの精度を大幅に高め、使用寿命を延長した。刃物台の縦方向、横方向、斜め方向の移動はすべて交流サーボモータからボールねじに伝達され、ベッドサドル刃物台を縦、横、斜めの3方向の運動に駆動し、直接に2座標用補間加工外テーパ面方法に代わり、角度誤差を大幅に減少させ、表面仕上げ度を高めた。角刃物台に専用工具を取り付け、複数の刃物を組み合わせて加工することができ、生産効率を高めた。
