1、調質洗浄技術 Tempering and cleaning technology

薬剤を投与し、加熱、蒸洗、浮上、超音波、機械分散、減粘などの調質及び洗浄手段を補助することにより、固体粒子群の性状と配列状態を調整し、その中で粘度の大きい吸着油の脱着と破乳を脱水に適したものにする。この技術は国の発明特許を取得している。

2、分離技術 Separation technology

特許の高速横型遠心機で発生した巨大な遠心力を利用して、強大な遠心力場の作用の下で、油と水の比重が異なるため、比重の大きい水は相対的に比重の小さい土砂表面に吸着した油基を置換して、特殊な構造設計を経た横型遠心機で、置換された油を隔離して外排を自動的に収集する。汚水は普通汚水臥螺遠心機に入って泥餅を分離して排出し、水は水処理システムに入って必要に応じて深さ処理を行う。

ポリマー、硫化物成分を含む汚泥を分離して研究開発した新型ハイテク製品は、連続ろ過及び深さ脱水の設備であり、連続操作があり、生産能力が大きく（1回の乾燥泥排出量は4 ~ 5トンに達することができる）、操作補修が便利で、運行コストが低いなどの特徴がある。新型ろ過脱水技術は国外の先進技術を消化吸収する上で自主的に開発した新型固液分離設備である。

破乳混合剤は無機高分子グラフト共重合体に属し、分子量が高く、化学構造が独特である、水に溶解した後、粒子間吸着架橋と電気中和作用を同時に発揮し、廃水中の乳化油、コロイドを凝集して分離沈殿することができる、優れた油除去、脱色及びCODの低減効果があり、一度に破乳と混凝過程を完成する。この製品は操作が簡単で、酸塩基調整を繰り返す必要がなく、直接処理することができ、処理効率を高めることができる。無機硬化綿沈剤はゴム、凝集、沈殿、泥層の硬化性と一体を集め、水質の更なる清らかさを保証し、泥餅の脱水効果を保証する。
