製品の概要
本シリーズのソース充填機は当社が長年の生産経験を集め、世界の先進技術を吸収して開発した新世代「箱入り鍋底材自動充填機」。現在市場で流行している煉瓦の古い火鍋底材の自動充填に適用し、それはピストン定量を採用し、機械電気、空力を一体化し、電気器具と空力部品は世界的に有名なブランドを選択し、PLCによって制御され、設計が合理的で、構造がコンパクトで、外形が美しく、性能が安定して信頼性があり、充填精度が高く、適応性が高く、操作が簡単で、メンテナンスが便利であるなどの特徴がある。
この設備は現在市場で流行している各種規格の箱入老火鍋底材の自動充填に対して設計され、先端には手動で箱を置き、自動で充填機に輸送して定量充填を行う（油材分離定量充填にも設計可能）、充填完了は手動で海椒香葉を添加し、輸送長は顧客の生産量と場所によってカスタマイズされ、後端は直接冷凍線に輸送して急速な冷却不足を行うことができ、冷却不足の完成は直接当社の専門設計・開発に入ることができる「全自動真空包装機」自動真空包装を行う。一連の生産ラインの全インテリジェント化を完成し、人手を減らして生産効率を高める。
本シリーズの充填機には2頭、4頭…8頭などの多種の型番があり、各型番は充填範囲によって多種の規格に分けられ、また必要に応じてドラム充填攪拌機構、ホッパー保温、油料分離充填、70-95℃高温充填などに適応でき、顧客の生産量に基づいて顧客の需要に応じてカスタマイズすることができる。
